Flared Exhaust Flanges - $35.00
Check it out, these exhaust flanges for Evo and Twin Cam engines let you fabricate cool exhaust pipes. Instead of a flat flange you get a nice smooth radial transition from the port face into the tube.
These are CNC’d out of a 1” x 3” x 4” solid block of steel. We weld the tube to the flange from the back side and silver braze the outside to blend the two parts together.
Sold each.
3/8" UNC Blind Tapped Bosses (set of 10) - $40.00
These simple parts are so valuable when you’re fabricating parts for your bike. We used them in conjunction with our socket-head bolt bosses to mount the rear fender on the new Ironhead build we recently did. We use them for mounting gas tanks, oil bags and 100 other things. Keep ‘em on hand!
These are blind-tapped for 3/8” coarse threads.
Sold as a set of 10 bosses.
Frisco Style Hidden Tank Mounting Kit - $55.00
This set of machined bosses and bungs has everything you’ll need to mount your gas tank “Frisco Style”—up high on the backbone of your frame. The bolt bungs are stepped and will work with any frame with any diameter backbone up to two inches.
To use, just drill two holes in your backbone, weld the bolt bungs into the frame and cut off any extra length. The large end is recessed deep enough so that the bolt head will remain hidden even after the bung is dressed down flush with the backbone. Weld the two bosses to the inside of
Hidden Axle Bosses - $80.00
These bosses are intended for guys building their own girder forks, they are used on our Retro-Leafer plans as well. The boss is 1.5” OD and has a hidden nut for a 3/4” axle and a dome-shaped cover. The cover is held in place with a set screw (not included).
Just weld these to the end of your fork legs when you’re building a traditional girder, they work great!.
There are a limited number of these available, when they are gone…they’re gone.
Riser Studs - $39.00
These CNC machined studs are used for building handlebars with integral risers and hidden wiring. They slip-fit into 1” x .120” wall tube, and have a 1/2” through hole so that you have ample room for cables and wires. The studs are mild steel and include stainless nuts.
These riser studs can be used with standard handlebar bushings by slightly enlarging the center hole in the bushings.
Springer Leg Spuds - $120.00
The only machine work on our Fat Cat springer plans is the weld-in spuds for the bottom of the fork and spring legs. These are simple enough to machine, but not everyone has a lathe and mill. We’re offering these CNC machined spuds for those of you that want to build your own springer, but don’t have a home machine shop.
These spuds are exactly what are called out in the Fat Cat plans, machined from 1020 mild steel. The boss that fits inside of the tube is 6” long, and they are sized for the 1.5” and 1.25”
Brass Springer Bushings - $120.00
We made up a batch of brass bushings, as shown in our Springer Plans. The plans call for plastic as a slippery, low cost, easy-to-machine material—but we love the look of brass as an accent piece. These brass bushings will contrast nicely with a set of chrome springs and a painted fork.
One set of brass springer bushings consists of four lower bushings and two upper bushings—one set makes one springer.
Finned Battery Box Kit - $129.00
This battery box is based on the one we built for the “Memento Mori” Ironhead, it’s sized specifically for the Odyssey PC-310 battery—but any battery the same size will work. This is the second generation design with a solid back for extra strength, and a brass overlay plate as a detail for the top. You can finish the box any way you like, paint, chrome or whatever. With the brass top the box would look great painted black and the brass part polished or engraved. Or maybe have the box powder coated with the “chrome” powder as the first stage,
Torque Plate with BDL Cover Bolt Pattern - $95.00
If you have an open belt drive (or an open chain drive) without a torque plate you owe it to yourself to add one. It will greatly increase the rigidity of your primary drive.
Our torque plate is set up to mount the Bad Attitude finned primary.
