Csc-802-rgb-web

Our Astro stainless exhaust tips are out of this world. They look like they may be spare parts from Buck Rogers’ ship, or perhaps a 1950’s Detroit dream car.

Precision formed from .090" thick stainless steel and hand polished to a mirror finish, these distinctive exhaust flares are sure to help your bike stand out in the crowd.

These fit into a 2" OD tailpipe, and are held in place with a stainless screw (included).

These are extremely high quality parts crafted in heavy gauge stainless steel, they will last forever.

Flared Exhaust Flanges - $35.00

Exhaust1_r

Check it out, these exhaust flanges for Evo and Twin Cam engines let you fabricate cool exhaust pipes. Instead of a flat flange you get a nice smooth radial transition from the port face into the tube.

These are CNC’d out of a 1″ × 3″ × 4″ solid block of steel. We weld the tube to the flange from the back side and silver braze the outside to blend the two parts together.

Sold each.

Mordor Exhaust Tip - Chrome - $89.00

Mordor-rgb-web

This exhaust tip is named for Mordor, the land ruled by the evil wizard Sauron in Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings”. Normally we don’t name products according to fantasy or sci-fi but after a number of people made the connection to Mordor we couldn’t resist.

The real story is that these wicked tips are an easy bolt-on for most bikes, they attach to the ends of (standard) 1.75" exhaust tubes. We make them up here in the shop machining the parts, silver brazing the assemblies in a fixture and hand polishing them before sending them out for triple chrome plating.

Exhaust Tube Step Adapters - $19.00

Ex_adapt-rgb-web

We developed these step adapters to make building stepped exhaust systems simple.

Sure, you can beat the larger tube down to meet the smaller tube and weld/grind it until is looks reasonable. Or just use these adapters and be assured of a perfect result and a super strong joint.

These are available in three different sizes.

To use these, slip the smaller tube through the adapter until the flush with the end. Edge weld this. Now slip the larger tube onto the adapter and weld it. Since the exposed weld is on a flat area it’s easy to smooth out.
