Headlight Mount for 39mm Narrow Glide Forks - CHROME - $89.00
A lot of folks have asked us about putting one of our Rapide headlights on a sporty or Glide with the factory top-mounted headlight. These bikes have the traditional 39mm forks and mount the headlight off of two tabs on the top triple tree.
It’s certainly possible to drill the bottom tree to mount a standard bottom mount headlight, but let’s face it – that’s a pain in the neck and you’re left with two useless mounting tabs on your top tree.
We came up with this slick mount that takes advantage of the mount tabs and is cool as
Hidden Axle Bosses - $80.00
These bosses are intended for guys building their own girder forks, they are used on our Retro-Leafer plans as well. The boss is 1.5" OD and has a hidden nut for a 3/4" axle and a dome-shaped cover. The cover is held in place with a set screw (not included).
Just weld these to the end of your fork legs when you’re building a traditional girder, they work great!.
There are a limited number of these available, when they are gone…they’re gone.
Laser Light - $99.00
We developed this lamp in order to pack the maximum candlepower into a small headlight. Most of the cool aftermarket halogen lamps are too bulky to fit into a small housing, so we came up with our own.
This unit has a polished aluminum mount base that holds three 12 volt halogen lamps. All three lamps are rated at 75 watts. Uses two lamps for the low beam for a wide beam, one lamp for the high beam as a narrow 12 degree spot.
Leaf Spring Fork Plans - $40.00
We love to see the mechanical aspects of a bike accentuated, and really like to see things that are different.
Building a bike is all about creativity. Indian put leaf springs on their bikes, and man does it scream “vintage”.
These plans will give you all the details you need to build a leaf spring fork, including full-size patterns, detailed parts lists with McMaster-Carr part numbers, fabrication notes and design alternatives.
The plans include the round tube version, the oval leg version and the friction shock.
The leaf spring fork was designed to be built by an average home builder.

Mordor Exhaust Tip Kit - $45.00
U-Weld-It kit to make a pair of Mordor exhaust tips. Includes all parts as shown, 2 machined tips and 12 laser cut fins.
Mordor Exhaust Tips - Chrome - $89.00
These exhaust tips are named for Mordor, the land ruled by the evil wizard Sauron in Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings”. Normally we don’t name products according to fantasy or sci-fi but after a number of people made the connection to Mordor we couldn’t resist.
The real story is that these wicked tips are an easy bolt-on for most bikes, they attach to the ends of (standard) 1.75" exhaust tubes. We make them up here in the shop machining the parts, silver brazing the assemblies in a fixture and hand polishing them before sending them out for triple chrome plating.
