Springer Leg Spuds - $120.00

The only machine work on our Fat Cat springer plans is the weld-in spuds for the bottom of the fork and spring legs. These are simple enough to machine, but not everyone has a lathe and mill. We’re offering these CNC machined spuds for those of you that want to build your own springer, but don’t have a home machine shop.

These spuds are exactly what are called out in the Fat Cat plans, machined from 1020 mild steel. The boss that fits inside of the tube is 6" long, and they are sized for the 1.5" and 1.25"

Standard Springer Plans - $40.00

These are our original springer plans. We modeled them in 3D CAD and reviewed the design with several experienced builders.

One of the objectives was to design a good looking springer that could be built in a home shop. The components are over-engineered for safety.

To build this fork you need a way to cut , grind and drill steel plate. You’ll need to be able to weld, both TIG and MIG will get the job done.

Top Motor Mount - Chrome - $99.00

Our top motor mount is fabricated from steel and triple chrome plated. It fits all evo and twin cam engines from 80 CI up through 124 CI. The mount is supplied with stainless bolts.

Note: This will not fit Revtech engines as the rocker covers interfere with the mount.

Torque Plate with BDL Cover Bolt Pattern - $95.00

If you have an open belt drive (or an open chain drive) without a torque plate you owe it to yourself to add one. It will greatly increase the rigidity of your primary drive.

Our torque plate is set up to mount the Bad Attitude finned primary.

The oil lines are oriented to match the stock Panhead filter, but it sports a chrome late model spin on filter. You can mount it anywhere, including hanging out in the breeze. The filter comes complete with a chrome K&N filter element and line fittings.

This item is hand polished and triple chrome plated. Our chrome is done by one of the best platers in the industry and is warranted against peeling for one year from purchase.

The tank mounts using two stainless straps, and it can be oriented either horizontally under your seat or as a vertical side mount tank the way you’ve seen Chica build ‘em.

The Vendetta tank comes complete with stainless mount straps, rubber channels, fittings, fill cap and mount bars.

The tank holds 2.25 quarts of oil.

This base is required to install our Speedster gas cap. It is available in both steel and aluminum — choose the type based on the material you gas tank is made from.
